Sammendrag: This book reports on an in-depth empirical study of the learning processes across technologically distinct organisations in a post-acquisition situation. The study is conducted within an uncommon theoretical frame, that of communities of practice. Thereby, new understandings of the processes of mutual mobilization of the salient, tacit knowledge harboured by communities of practice within each organisation are highlighted. The experiential learning processes are conceptualised as knowledge-assimilation.
